Welcome to Happiness and Healing, where emotional support and holistic healing come together to nurture your wellbeing. Based in South London and also offering sessions online, we provide a unique combination of counselling, Reiki healing, intuitive card readings, and restorative group sessions—designed to support you on every level: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual.

Led by a BACP-registered counsellor and Reiki practitioner recognised by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), our practice is rooted in professionalism, compassion, and a deep respect for each individual’s healing journey.

We also offer intuitive card readings for those seeking spiritual insight and deeper self-awareness. These can be integrated into your counselling or Reiki sessions, or experienced as a standalone service to support clarity and alignment.In addition, our restorative group sessions provide a powerful space for shared healing, connection, and growth. These groups are designed to support collective wellbeing through gentle, guided practices that foster reflection, empowerment, and community.

When I started counselling, my work was stressing me out and I thought I would do a couple therapy sessions and I will be fixed. However, counselling revealed that I was more than just a little stressed and Savannah saw that and suggested seeing a doctor and rest which I did…for 3 months, yes it wasn’t just a little bit of stress and I am so glad I got someone to raise the alarm before I could have done something really damaging.
